Sunday Flowers #8

Happy Sunday!

It is finally a little chilly in Santa Barbara.

It's the first day it actually feels like autumn.

With the end of "summer",

I'll leave you with one of my favorite

summer memories (from 2012).

 This is the outdoor market in

Aix en Provence.

Oh!  If I'd had a home there,

I would have returned from the market with armloads

of gorgeous flowers!

 Look at those roses!

I can still smell them in my memory...

And the colors!

Fabulous!

 There aren't many trees in Santa Barbara

that change color in the fall.

But, I will remember the colors of Provence

as I seek out the colors of fall here at home.
