My 3 children (teenagers...) recently had Spring Break.
I took them to stay at our family vacation home
on Balboa Island for a few days.
It was fun and relaxing.
The weather was perfect.
We kayaked in the Bay, went shopping, read,
and much more.
I enjoyed walking around the Island
and taking photographs.
Everything was SO pretty.
The flowers were in bloom all around
and I couldn't resist capturing their beauty.
Real estate is at a premium on the Island.
Therefore, most homes just have
small front patios with small gardens.
They certainly make the most of the small spaces, however.
Most every home has a garden bursting with flowers!
Roses are a Balboa Island favorite.

Your flower pictures are just beautiful! That island looks like a wonderful place to vacation. Our kids were on Spring break last week too. Back to school tomorrow!
