A Little Cottage by the Sea

I went to college at UCSB (University of California Santa Barbara).

After I graduated, I dreamed of moving back to Santa Barbara.

I'm not going to lie, it is BEAUTIFUL here.

I love my little cottage by the sea.

It needs some work.

It really needs some work - but, that's part of the fun.

The one thing that doesn't need to change:  Location, location, location.

Dreams really do come true!
